TJ’s experience includes leadership roles at multiple successful Financial Institutions and Staffing firms. Initially in banking, where he was promoted very frequently, he managed branches with staffs up to 25 and P&L’s up to $340MM. In Staffing, he led business development teams and aided in the establishment of new satellite offices throughout the country. He comes from a 3rd Generation HVAC Company where plumbing was the skillset to learn from a very early age. Starting with Abilene in 2016, he oversaw back office operations and in 2018 he was promoted to President. He is now tasked with leading day to day activities, financial operations, company initiatives and logistics. He graduated Rollins College with a BA in International Relations and a minor in Political Science.
