417 Manhattan Avenue

The Park Manhattan Condominium is a five story building in South Harlem. The building was being heated by 5 smaller cast iron steam boilers all piped in parallel to provide enough steam heat to the building.

This system was very inefficient as it required all 5 boilers to run in order for the building to get heat. and installed a more efficient Best Boiler, burning natural gas, with an auxiliary domestic hot water heating for summer use. Heat Timer ICMS heat management system for added savings.
