470 Park Avenue

Luxury condominium located in Midtown Manhattan on the corner of Park Avenue at East 58 Street.

This job replaced 2-275 HP, low pressure steam, interlocked boilers with 2- new, 80 HP low pressure steam, sequential modulating boilers.

We removed a 10,000 gallon #6 oil tank and replaced it with a 3,000 gallon #2 oil tank with secondary containment while making room for a new workshop for the building maintenance crew. We also installed new natural gas piping and gas pressure booster system with a new chimney liner and draft inducing system.

We turned a single zone steam heating system into a four zone system to give the building better control of the heat distribution that added an immediate savings in energy efficiency. New Heat Timer ICMS heat management system for additional savings.
